We use the company name, name, contact details and inquiry you provide to contact you, provide information about our activities and respond to your questions. Contact form submissions are sent to the secretariat by email.

We take appropriate safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, alteration and disclosure. We do not disclose personal information to third parties except with your consent, when sharing with a contractor is necessary to provide a service you request, or when required by law.

Access, correction and deletion

You may contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information. We will verify your identity before responding. We follow applicable laws and review our handling of personal information as needed.

Form confirmation and security

A temporary session cookie is used to confirm and submit your inquiry. We use access information to limit submissions and prevent abuse.
